How can I change the password for my customer account?

If you want to change the password of your customer account, you can do this in two ways

  • Reset your password

  • Through the customer account


Both methods will be explained in this article.

Reset your password

To reset your password, follow the next steps:

  • Go to the Neostrada website.

  • Click the Login-option

  • Click to Forgot your password?

  • Fill in your email address.

  • Click Reset password

  • An email is sent to your email address

  • Click the hyperlink in the sent email.

  • Fill in a new password in the fields New password or Repeat password

  • Click Reset password

Enter a new password

  • Hurray! Your password is changed.

Password change via Neostrada dashboard

- Log in the customer dashboard.

- Click My Account.

- Go to Wachtwoord wijzigen.

- Fill in your current password in the Huidig wachtwoord field.

- Fill in your new password in the fields Nieuw wachtwoord and Bevestig nieuw wachtwoord.

- Click Wijzigen.

- Hurray! Your password is changed.
