How can I change my customer details?

In some cases you might want to do some adjustments in your customer data. Maybe you have moved to a new address or you might want to change your email address. This article will cover on how to make these changes and frequently asked questions regarding this subject.

If you want to make adjustment in your customer details, follow the next steps::

- Log in the customer dashboard.

- Click My Account

- You can make your changes here

- Click Save and your changed will be kept.

Where can I find my customer ID number?

Your customer ID number is located under My Account. It’s called Debiteurennummer. This number can also be found in invoices you received from us.

How can I change my password?

How can i set up an alternative email address for my invoices?

This can be set in My Account. In the field Invoice email address you can fill in an email address and the invoices will be sent to this email address.

Why don’t I get a reminder when my services are about to be renewed?

If you don’t get reminders, you haven’t enabled the option Ik ontvang graag een email wanneer mijn verlengdatum nadert. Enable this option and you will receive a reminder 60 days before a services gets renewed.
